Marymount Women’s Basketball Drops First CAC Game of the Season

York, Pa. – Marymount University's women's basketball team dropped its first Capital Athletic Conference game of the season with a 57-44 setback at York (Pa.) on Saturday afternoon. The Saints fall to 11-4 overall and 3-1 in league play.


Miranda Krott posted a double-double with 10 points and a game-high 13 rebounds. Tynisha Parks nearly added another with a team-high 11 points and nine rebounds.

Marymount outrebounded the Spartans 45-27 including 17-8 on the offensive boards.

Kelsey Murphy led York with 17 points.
