Fischer continuously made plays throughout the game setting her teammates and herself up for easy chances to score. In a game that Marymount never trailed the Saints got off to a quick start going on a 7-0 run to begin the game. Wiley converted her first field goal at the 15:33 mark to get Hood on the board. A Prater layup made the score 18-9 at the 11:44 mark and got the BB&T Arena crowd into the game. Marymount would silence the fans though as it went on a 10-1 run over the next five minutes of the half to give the Saints a comfortable double-digit lead at halftime.

Hood would not come as close as 19 in the second half as Marymount would run away from the Blazers in the second stanza.

The Blazers will conclude their season at 6 p.m. this Wednesday on the road at Capital Athletic Conference foe Salisbury University.
