Centre and Dallas combined to make only 15 shots in the first half, while committing 22 turnovers and shooting 26.3% (15-57) from the floor.

The Crusaders (6-13 overall, 2-9 SCAC) cut the lead to five points early in the second half, only to see the Colonels score eight of the next 11 points to go in front 33-23.

Centre continued to control the game and never led by less than seven points the remainder of the way en-route to the 10-point victory.
