The game was tight in the early going before CUA opened up a 21-13 lead capped by a McGann layup at the 8:28 mark of the opening half.
Kelli Josephsen's jumper at the 6:37 mark gave the Cardinals a nine-point advantage, while Rachel Ferri's layup two minutes later pushed the lead to double-digits.
An Owunna layup with under two minutes to play in the half put CUA in front 31-20, while Emily Grabiak's basket with 1:16 to go made it a 12-point spread.
Wesley scored five of the final seven points of the half though to trim CUA's halftime lead to nine, 36-27.
The Cardinals jumped all over the Wolverines at the start of the second half, scoring 14 of the first 18 points to open up a comfortable 50-31 lead with 14:09 on the clock.

The lead reached 27 on Grabiak's bucket at the 6:50 mark, while Mary Hagaman's 3-pointer with just over two minutes to play put CUA ahead 67-39.
By that point the game was well out of reach, and CUA was on its way to win number-seven.
