Annville, Pa. – Stevenson men's basketball gives up a 13-point second-half advantage to fall 81-73 in overtime to Lebanon Valley College Saturday afternoon. 
 
First Half
 
Sophomore guard Nate Arrington sank the first basket of the game, assisted by junior guard JT Tyson two minutes into the contest. Following a three-minute scoreless period, both teams traded baskets until Lebanon Valley's Payton Lewis turned the ball over, sending a pass from first year guard Myles Jackson to senior forward Bo Wesley who was fouled on his good layup to complete the three-point play. With six seconds remaining, graduate student guard McKale Williams sank a three to send the Mustangs to the locker room with a five-point halftime advantage, 34-29.

Second Half
 
Thanks to a senior guard KJ Holton, the Mustangs held onto their lead three and a half minutes into the half. At the 13:24 mark, senior guard KJ Holton dropped in a layup and was sent to line as Dutchman Kyle Tang got called for blocking. Just after halfway mark, the Dutchman erased the Mustangs' 13-point advantage, with an 11-0 run as Stevenson missed several attempts. But sophomore forward Nate Arrington forced LVC to call a timeout as he sank back-to-back layups to capture a double-double and give the Mustangsa 56-50 lead with 5:17 remaining. Dutchman Antonio Redding tossed in a layup to tie the game at 60 with 30 seconds left as they Mustangs called a timeout. A shot at the buzzer by Lebanon Valley was off the mark to send the teams to overtime.

Payton Lewis took the early lead for the Dutchman which was followed by a three to give the home team a five-point lead two minutes in. Following a pair of junior guard Ethan Jones free throws, the Dutchman hit another three to hold the advantage. Stevenson began to take fouls and Lebanon Valley went on to extend their lead to 81-73.
 
Following the loss, the Mustangs fall to 11-9 (5-6 MACC) and are next set to host Widener University on Wednesday, Feb. 1 with a 6 p.m. tipoff. Lebanon Valley improves to 6-13 (4-6 MACC) and will next travel to Hood College on Wednesday, Feb. 1, at 6 p.m.
