MBB: Panthers cruise past Rivier for third win in a row

NASHUA, N.H. The Plymouth State University men's basketball team defeated Rivier University, 77-48, in a non-conference game at Muldoon Gymnasium on Tuesday night.

The Panthers went on an 18-point run midway through the first half to give themselves a comfortable margin that would not be relinquished for the remainder of play. PSU's defensive effort made the difference as the Raiders were limited to just 25% shooting from the floor.

Junior Kevin Henry (Stratham, N.H.) and senior Giorgi Tsiklauri (Brooklyn, N.Y.) led all scorers with 19 points apiece, while junior Kyler Bosse (Manchester, N.H.) added 18 points of his own in the winning effort. Henry missed only one field goal attempt for the second time this season.
