PITTSFORD, N.Y. — The Keuka College Men's Basketball team lost 103-75 in an Empire 8 Conference game at St. John Fisher College on Friday night.
DJ Billings (Rochester, N.Y. / Greece Odyssey) set a new career-high with 15 points for Keuka College (3-16, 3-8 Empire 8). Daniel Obunse (Queens, N.Y. / Flushing) added 13 points and Devin Milton (Opelousas, La. / Beau Chene) and Lorenzo Bicknese (Somers, N.Y. / Somers) finished with 11 points for the Wolves.
St. John Fisher College 103 vs. Keuka College 75
The host Cardinals got out to a fast start over the Wolves, leading 15-3 in the first four minutes. The Wolves battled to keep it tight early on. Daniel Obunse hit a three for Keuka to make it 19-8. Later, a jumper by Nana Oteng (Queens, N.Y. / Martin Luther) cut the margin to 10, but the Cardinals answered with 13 unanswered to widen the game. A three by Kobe Schriver (Hooper, Utah / Roy) ended the run. Keuka would get the game to within 14 points multiple times in the closing minutes for the half, but St. John Fisher would take a 57-40 lead into the locker rooms.
The Wolves scored the first four points of the second half on baskets by Will Tehan (Victor, N.Y. / Victor) and Jahmr Jordan (Albany, N.Y. / Albany). The Cardinals pushed their lead back out and led by 20 points for most of the half. The Wolves cut it down to 19 on a three by DJ Billings with six minutes left. Keuka would get it down to 19 points, multiple times in the final minutes, but that would be as close as Keuka would get it as the Cardinals continued onto the 103-75 victory.

- Mason VanDeMortel (Newark, N.Y. / Newark) had a block on Friday. The junior has recorded at least one block in 10 straight games
