KEUKA PARK, N.Y. — The Keuka College Men's Basketball team lost on Wednesday evening to Alfred University 105-67 at the JMW Recreation and Athletics Center.
Devin Milton (Opelousas, La. / Beau Chene) led Keuka College (0-6, 0-6 E8) with 21 points. Nana Oteng (Queens, N.Y. / Martin Luther) finished with 16 and DJ Billings (Rochester, N.Y. / Greece Odyssey) added 11 in the loss.
Alfred University 105 at Keuka College 67
Alfred University came to Keuka College with high energy and it showed off the jump. The Saxons got off to a 7-0 lead over the Wolves. DJ Billings got the Wolves on the board as he collected an offensive rebound and hit a free throw line jumper. The Saxons would control the game throughout the first half, leading by as many as 28 points. The Wolves attempted to narrow the margin, attempting 20 three-pointers in the first half. Devin Milton knocked down three to lead Keuka at the half with nine points, but the Wolves trailed 55-28 at the break.
Keuka College came out of the half and Nana Oteng and Zayquan Warren (Brooklyn, N.Y. / Holy Cross) both knocked down threes on Keuka's first two possessions. Alfred would remain in control of the game. The Wolves posted an 8-0 run midway through the half with Michael Mignone (Poughkeepsie, N.Y. / Roy C. Ketchem) netting five of his season-high 10 points during the run. Alfred University would remain in control and continue onto the 105-67 victory.

- The Wolves are now 7-15 all-time against Alfred University after the Saxons swept the season series
- The record reflects Keuka's modern era of athletics, starting in 1985, but Alfred University has record of the two teams playing back the 1908-09 year
- It was only the 13th time that a Keuka College team in any sport has played on St. Patricks Day since 2000. The Wolves are 3-10 on March 17, 2021
- Devin Milton hit four threes in the game for the Wolves. He has already passed his three-point total from his freshman year in just six games
- Nana Oteng finished with four threes and DJ Billings hit three. It tied the career-high for Oteng and set a new career mark for Billings
- Keuka College went 13-36 from the deep on Wednesday. It tied for the second most made threes in a single game in program history and set a new school record for most attempts
Up Next for Keuka College: The Wolves will remain at home on Sunday afternoon as Keuka College hosts Russell Sage College at 2pm. It will be the first ever men's basketball game between the two schools.
