MILWAUKEE, WI - In a matchup of two teams tied atop the conference standings, the 21st-ranked Benedictine University men's basketball team dropped a contest decided in the final seconds.

THE DETAILS
• Wisconsin Lutheran scored the first five points of the game, but Benedictine responded to open a 20-11 lead after two free throws from Eric Grygo with 13:07 to play in the opening 20 minutes
• A three-pointer from Kenny Bogus with 7:32 left in the half enabled Benedictine to open a 29-15 advantage
• The hosts cut the lead to four with under two minutes remaining in the half before an 8-0 run to close the half highlighted by three pointers from Nick Kosich and Kyle Graebner put Benedictine in front 40-28 at the break
• Kyle Graebner hit a three to open the second half, extending the lead to 15 points at 43-28
• Grygo threw down a dunk as Benedictine continued to lead by double figures at 48-38 with 15:23 left
