Road woes continue for Tommie Men's Hoops

Ryan Boll collected 15 points and 10 rebounds, but St. Thomas Men's Basketball fell 71-57 Saturday evening at No. 10-ranked UW-River Falls.

The Tommies (3-4) dropped to 1-4 on the road this season, They shot just 31 percent from the floor, including a chilly 6-of-35 from 3-point range.

River Falls (7-1) had five players score in double figures and committed only four turnovers. Brennan Witt, Alex Herink and Austin Heidecker combined for 42 points and 25 rebounds for UWRF.

Senior Tyler Potts sank three treys and scored a career-high 11 points for the Toms. Freshman Burt Hedstrom added seven points, eight rebounds and three assists.

St. Thomas is still playing without three injured players expected to start or be in its 10-player rotation.
