BRYN ATHYN, Pa. – The Keuka College Men's Basketball team lost to hosts Bryn Athyn College 83-61 on Saturday in a North Eastern Athletic Conference matchup.

The Wolves (1-12, 1-7 NEAC) will stay on the road on Sunday, playing at Penn St.-Abington in another conference game.

A career-high 26 points by freshman Cameron Winston (Freeport, N.Y. / Pomfret School) highlighted the afternoon for the Wolves. Junior Cliff Stevens (Ballston Spa, N.Y. / Ballston Spa) led Keuka College with nine rebounds in the game and added 12 points.

After the two teams exchanged layups in the opening minute, the scoring slowed. Four minutes into the contest, the game was tied at 4-4. Bryn Athyn went on a 12-2 run to build a lead against Keuka. The Wolves totaled only 10 points in the opening 10 minutes of action. Keuka College played good defense in the opening half, holding Bryn Athyn without a field goal for an eight minute span. Keuka's offense was not able to cut into the lead. A late jumper cut the margin to three, but a Lion layup in the final seconds gave Bryn Athyn a 27-22 halftime lead.

Bryn Athyn opened the second half with a small 6-0 run to build a double-digit lead. Cliff Stevens got Keuka on the board, but a Lions three answered and reestablished the double-digit lead. The Wolves once cut the lead to nine points in the second half, but that would be as close as they would make it. Bryn Athyn went 20-30 from the floor in the second half as they defeated Keuka College 83-61 on Saturday.
