Tommie men bounce back, top Cobbers

Grant Shaeffer scored a game-high 17 points and 15 different Tommies scored points in Saturday's 90-58 MIAC men's basketball victory over Concordia-Moorhead in Schoenecker Arena.

The Tommies (10-4 overall, 6-3 MIAC) shot 53 percent from the field, recorded a 38-30 rebounding edge, and had only seven turnovers.

Ryan Boll, who missed Wednesday home loss to St. Olaf with an injury, returned and chipped in 14 points. Two freshmen also contributed well off the bench: Elijah Hannah had nine points and six rebounds, and Tommy Anderson scored eight points.

St. Thomas has a bye on Monday and plays at St. Mary's on Wednesday.
