BROCKPORT, N.Y.—Buffalo State outscored host Brockport 52-37 in the second half to post an 81-73 victory in a SUNYAC contest tonight to extend its winning streak to five games.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Michael Henry (Syracuse/W. Genesee) led Buffalo State with 20 points and 10 rebounds to go with three assists and three steals.
- Lovell Smith (Buffalo/McKinley) and Jordan Glover (Buffalo/St. Joe's) scored 14 points apiece.
- Brockport opened the game with a 6-0 run and held the lead for the majority of the game until Buffalo State tied the score for the first time at 65-65 with less than five minutes remaining.
- The Golden Eagles led by as many as nine in the first half and took a 36-29 into the break.
- Buffalo State trailed by nine again in the second half before chipping away at the deficit and finally took its first lead at 68-67 with 3:34 remaining. From there, the Bengals scored the next four points and never looked back with Glover sinking 9 of 10 free throws in the final minute to seal the win.
- The Bengals shot 74 percent from the free throw line, outscoring Brockport 26-13 from the charity stripe.
- Buffalo State also had a 40-34 scoring advantage in the paint, while nearly all other statistical categories were even.
FOR THE FOES
- Clifton Lyerly led Brockport with 19 points and nine rebounds.
- Pat Modzelewski added 13 points, while Levi Pace scored 12.
