The Wildcats (6-1) took a commanding lead early, with a pair of free throws by Greenaway extending their lead to eight, 23-15. RIC (1-8) responded by cutting the deficit down to three, 23-20, on a layup by junior center Tony Ojih (Lincoln, RI). Greenaway then took the game over, scoring the next eight points to balloon the Wildcats' advantage to 11, 31-20. JWU outscored the Anchormen 20-14 over the last 6:57 of the frame to take a commanding, 51-34, lead into halftime. |

Greenaway continued his stellar play in the second stanza, throwing down a fast break dunk to extend the JWU lead to 26, 63-37, with 15:29 remaining in the game.
