Old Westbury, NY---The Brooklyn College men's basketball team improved to 6-0 to start the season this evening, crusing to a 91-64 victory at Old Westbury. Old Westbury drops to 1-3 on the season. The Bulldogs will return home on Wednesday, 12/2, to host Stevens Tech in a doubleheader with the women's squad. The men's game is scheduled to tip-off at 7:15 PM.
With four of five BC starters reaching double-figures, the Bulldogs grabbed the lead for good with 17:46 remaining in the first half.

The Panthers posed little threat the rest of the way. BC would extend their lead to as many as 30 points with 12:58 left in the game.
Fifteen Bulldogs checked in during the game and eight would reach the scoring column.
The Bulldogs shot over 58% in the second half for an even 50% from the field as a team. BC kept the Panthers in check all evening long, limiting them to 31.5% from the field for the game.
Senior swingman, Egzon Gjonbalaj, led all scorers with 27 points to go along with seven rebounds and seven assists. Edon Gjonbalaj added 19 points and grabbed a game-high 13 boards for the game's only double-double. Senior forward Lorenzo Williams and senior guard Jamel Gist each notched 15 points for the game.
