NEW YORK, N.Y. – The Lehman College men's basketball team hit a rough spot midway through the first half, and dropped a 78-63 decision at Baruch College on Thursday night.

Lehman (11-11, 5-8 CUNYAC) led by five points, 19-14, at the 11:37 mark when sophomore Jerrome Jones (Bronx, N.Y./Mt. Vernon) drained a three pointer.  Baruch (11-11, 7-6 CUNYAC) then went on an 11-0 run before the Lightning's Jonathan Greenfield (Hartford, Conn./Windsor) scored on a putback to stem the slide. Baruch then went on another ten point run to lead by 14 points, with just under six minutes before halftime.

Greenfield made another layup at that point, but Baruch would score the next eight points to put the game away.

Baruch would lead 46-29 at the half, en route to the 15-point victory.

On the night, Jones had game-highs with 24 points and nine rebounds. Greenfield finished with 16 points, while seniors Kelvin Gil (Bronx, N.Y./Cardinal Hayes) and Stanley Stephens (New York, N.Y./Manhattan Center) each had ten.
