Altoona- The Mount Aloysius Men's Basketball team lost in the finals of the Coaches vs Cancer Classic at Penn State-Altoona to Waynesburg University, 92-86, in an up and down affair that was worthy of a championship game. The Mounties slipped to 1-1 on the young season. 

The Mounties were led by Dillon Bender who finished with 20 points. For his efforts he was named to the All-Tournament Team. 

Men's Basketball will next be in action for their first game ever in the new Athletic Convocation and Wellness Center building on Thursday, November, 21 at 7pm against Frostburg State.
