Marymount Men’s Hoops Falls in Championship Game at Misericordia Tournament

Dallas, Pa. – Marymount University's men's basketball team fell 75-60 to the host Cougars in the championship game of the Misericordia Tournament on Saturday afternoon.  Reed Scott and Marcus Carmon earned All-Tournament Team honors for the Saints.

 

Reed Scott led the Saints with his second double-double of the season, scoring a game-high 16 points to go with a contest-best 11 rebounds. 

 

Carmon added nine points while Jesse Konadu and Aaron Walsh both chipped in seven.

 

Anthony Sergio and Steve Artzerounian led the Cougars with 14 points each.

 

Marymount returns to action after the Thanksgiving break at Eastern Mennonite on Sunday, November 25.
