STANDISH, ME. – St. Joseph's College of Maine tallied 18 of the game's first 27 points en route to a 63-32 Great Northeast Athletic Conference win over Norwich University Jan. 14.
The Cadets, dropping to 3-9 overall and 2-4 in league play, struggled offensively, hitting only 12-of-62 field goal attempts including a four-of-25 effort from outside the arc. Individually, senior forward Antonio Davis (Albany, N.Y.) topped the Maroon and Gold with 12 points and six blocked shots to go with five rebounds. Senior forward Leland Brunswick (San Francisco, Calif.) and freshman forward Evan Tullar (Chelsea, Vt.) combined for 13 rebounds.
NU returns to action Monday, Jan. 16, when Rivier College of New Hampshire visits Andrews Gymnasium. Tip-off is 7:30 p.m.
