ST. LOUIS -- Dylan Richter scored 20 points to help lift Washington (Mo.) University to a 79-72 win over the University of Chicago in University Athletic Association men's basketball action Saturday afternoon.

Game Summary

  • Chicago (7-5 overall, 0-1 UAA) trailed by eight points in the first half before rallying to take a 41-36 lead at the intermission.

  • The lead changed hands eight times in the second half before the Bears (9-3, 1-0) went up for good 56-55 on a Chris Klimek basket with 10:47 to play.

  • Washington built its largest lead of the game, 76-67, at the 3:16 mark and remained on top by at least three points the rest of the way.
