The score remained close through the first seven minutes of the second half.  Leading 56-55, the Cavaliers went on another big run.  Over the next five minutes, juniors A.J. Williams, Jeremy Knowles and sophomore Fran Rafferty led Cabrini on a 20-7 run to establish a game-high 14 point lead.

Widener cut the lead to just two points with 2:47 on the clock but the Cavaliers closed the game making seven of their final 10 from the charity stripe.

The No. 14 Cavaliers were led by junior reserve Knowles' 24 points.  His eight rebounds were a game-high.  Knowles tallied 15 points and seven of those boards in the decisive second half.

Three other Cavaliers recorded double figure points, including Boyd and Williams, who notched 17 each, and senior Cory Lemons who added 10 points.  Williams also led Cabrini with five assists and three steals.
