Trinity Men's Basketball Upends Albertus Magnus

New Haven, Conn. - Senior guard Brian Ford (Bronx, N.Y.) had a team-high 14 points and added six rebounds to lead the visiting Trinity College Bantams to a 79-70 win over the Albertus Magnus College Falcons in men's basketball action this evening.  Trinity improves to 10-6 with its second straight victory, while the Falcons drop to 7-7.

Trinity led, 34-21, at the half and withstood a late Falcon rally.  Senior co-captain forward Luke MacDougall (Baldwinsville, N.Y.) and sophomore forward Adam Skaggs (Framingham, Mass.) chipped in 12 points each.  Albertus was led by junior forward Ray Askew (New Haven, Conn.) and his game high 26 points and game high 15 rebounds including 15-17 from the free-throw line, while senior guard Walden St. Juste (Hartford, Conn.) added 15 points.
