No. 8 DePauw rallied past Kenyon to win its sixth NCAC title in seven years, No. 13 Scranton secured the top spot in the Landmark and No. 1 Amherst completed another perfect regular season.

Kenyon held DePauw without a field goal in the first quarter and led the Tigers by as many as 13 points in the third quarter. But the Tigers outscored the Ladies 37-12 over the final 15-plus minutes and finished with a fairly comfortable 61-49 victory. Emily Budde scored 22 points for DePauw (23-1, 15-0) including the game-tying and go-ahead three pointers in the fourth quarter. Maya Howard added 19 points, including the 1000th of her career. Recap
No. 1 Amherst concluded another perfect regular season with a 68-41 win over Middlebury. Emma McCarthy had 11 points, nine rebounds and five steals for the Mammoths (24-0, 10-0), who will host Trinity (Conn.) in the NESCAC quarterfinals next Saturday. No. 2 Wartburg took another step toward achieving the same feat as the Knights defeated Nebraska Wesleyan 99-83. Katie Sommer filled the stat sheet with 28 points, seven steals, seven assists and five rebounds for Wartburg (23-0, 14-0).
No. 13 Scranton extended its winning streak to 17 games with a 62-43 romp at home over Catholic. The Lady Royals (22-1, 11-1) held the Cardinals to 22 percent shooting (12-for-54) and secured the top spot in the Landmark Conference tournament.
No. 21 George Fox eruped for 25 points in the fourth quarter, including a game-deciding 19-4 run, and stormed past No. 5 Whitman 80-68. Emily Spencer scored 21 points for the Bruins (19-3, 13-1) who are now tied for first in the NWC with the Blues (21-2, 13-1). George Fox head coach Michael Meek improves his career record to 200-30 with the victory.
No. 19 Messiah shook off a slow start and defeated Albright 65-57 to move one game in front of the Lions in the MAC Commonwealth standings. The Falcons (20-2, 12-1) trailed Albright 11-2 early in the first quarter, but found their groove on offense and pulled away in the third quarter. Alecia Rohrer scored 18 points and Leah Springer had a double-double (14 points, 11 rebounds) for Messiah.
No. 11 Christopher Newport narrowly avoided a major upset by rallying past Penn State-Harrisburg 78-75 in the final minute of the fourth quarter. Micah Maloney's free throws with 12 seconds left were the difference for the Captains (21-2, 15-1). Shanique Mattis and Tessa Dolce scored 22 points apiece for the Lions (6-16, 1-15).
TCNJ denied No. 22 Montclair State in its bid to wrapup the top spot in the NJAC as the Lions converted 19 Montclair turnovers into 21 points in a 62-59 win. Samantha Famulare scored 20 points for TCNJ (19-5, 14-3) which sits one game behind the Red Hawks in the NJAC standings.
Nicole Heffington's three-pointer with 28 seconds left snapped a 64-all tie and John Carroll stunned No. 15 Ohio Northern 68-66. The Polar Bears responded to Heffington's big shot with an Amy Bullimore basket and had a chance to take the lead when John Carroll turned the ball over on an offensive foul with 16 seconds left. But Ohio Northern turned the ball back over to the Blue Streaks who held on for the victory.
That loss gives second life to Marietta in the OAC race. The Pioneers defeated Wilmington 81-73 and now sit one game back of Ohio Northern with two to play. Marietta (20-3, 13-3) will host Ohio Northern next Saturday in the regular season finale.
No. 18 UW-Oshkosh ended its modest two-game losing streak and pulled itself into a thee-tie for second place in the WIAC with a 61-49 win over UW-La Crosse. Isabella Samuels led the Titans (18-4, 8-4) with 16 points and eight rebounds. The Eagles' loss puts No. 17 UW-Whitewater on the brink of winning the WIAC title. The Warhawks got 31 points from senior Brooke Trewyn on Senior Day in an 83-72 win over UW-River Falls.
Outside the Top 25, Kelly Williams poured in 45 points and grabbed 12 points for Randolph-Macon but it still wasn't enough, as the Yellow Jackets fell to Guilford, 98-82. The Quakers shot 56 percent (40-for-72) and had four players reach double figures.
Babson moved ahead of the pack in the NEWMAC with a 55-48 win over Springfield. The Beavers (16-8, 12-3) have a one-game lead on the Pride (17-7, 11-4) and a half-game lead over Smith and WPI entering the final week of the regular season.
Chapman extended its winning streak to 14 games behind freshman Brittany McPherson's career day against La Verne. McPherson scored 23 points in 23 minutes in the Panthers' 99-72 win. Chapman (20-3, 14-0) has a one game lead on Claremont-Mudd-Scripps with two to play, including a rematch of the two teams in the regular season finale.
