Centenary Athletic Director Keith O'Connor announced the hiring on Monday.
"Rose possess many leadership qualities along with a history of success in college athletics. I am confident she will be able to build on the program's past successes and work with our student-athletes to help guide them to an even greater future."
Haller was the head coach at her alma mater Division II East Stroudsburg for 10 seasons where she posted a 140-128 record. She led the Warriors to the Division II tournament in 1994 and 1995, including a conference championship in 1995. Haller then spent eight seasons as the head coach at Pocono Mountain East High School in Swiftwater, Pa.
Haller replaces Andrea Kendall who coached the Cyclones to a 14-13, 9-7 mark in the CSAC last season. The Cyclones made the conference tournament for the first time since 2010 and the ECAC Metro/Upstate tournament for only the third time in program history.
