Todd Adrian has resigned after three years as head men's basketball coach at Otterbein.

Adrian inherited a program that had gone 70-110 in its final seven seasons under longtime coach Dick Reynolds. Otterbein won the 2002 national title under Reynolds.

The Cardinals went just 15-64 in three years under Adrian, bottoming out at 3-22 this season. It was the worst season of men's basketball at Otterbein since Reynolds' team went 1-26 in 1987-88.

Adrian is 112-129 in nine years as a collegiate head coach. He was 97-65 at Edgewood, including leading the team to the only NCAA Tournament win in its history.
