Women's

Abbey Lawrence

Lawrence recorded the two highest scoring games in the UAA this weekend, helping the Spartans to wins at Brandeis and New York University. Lawrence averaged 29 points over the two games, shooting 58% (19-of-33) from the floor overall and 40% (four-of-10) from behind the three-point line, while going a perfect 16-for-16 on free throw tries. She added seven rebounds, three assists, one block and one steal per contest during the two victories. She scored a career-high 30 points on Friday night; on Sunday she netted 28 points during the Spartans' 87-75 win at NYU.

Bria Lemirande

Lemirande made Edgewood history by becoming the first Eagles women's basketball player to record a triple double. Against Lakeland, the sophomore guard scored 12 points, pulled down 12 rebounds, and dished out 10 assists. For the week, she averaged 10 points, 12 rebounds, and four assists per game, while helping the Eagles clinch a NACC tournament berth, their first since the 2014-15 season.

Camryn Speese

Speese had a pair of strong performances to lead Augsburg in two wins last week, keeping the Auggies in second place in the MIAC race. On Wednesday, she scored 10 points with four rebounds and three steals, as the Auggies completed just their second season sweep of St. Thomas in school history (first since 1984-85). On Saturday, Speese scored a career-high 29 points, to go along with 12 rebounds and two assists, in the Auggies' 97-90 overtime win at Carleton. Speese tied the game at 80-80 with a free throw with one-tenth of a second left in regulation, then scored eight of Augsburg's final 10 points in the overtime to lift the Auggies to the win.

Kristina Schmelter

Schmelter averaged 25 points and 13 rebounds per game in a pair of wins last weekend at home for WashU. Schmelter shot 47% (17-for-36) from the field and 75% (15-for-20) from the foul line in the two victories. She had a career-high 28 points and 14 rebounds in a 79-67 win over Rochester on Friday, and then recorded 21 points and 11 rebounds in an 85-83 upset victory over No. 25 Emory on Sunday.

Olivia Nagy

Nagy shot 65% from the field on the week, averaging 15 points, 14 rebounds, five assists, and eight blocks on the week. She came very close to a quadruple double at Marietta with 15 points, 15 rebounds, eight assists, and eight blocks. 

Men's

Nate West

West went over 2,000 career points this week in two victories over league-leading East Texas Baptist. He played all 80 minutes, averaging 32 points, 10 rebounds, and seven assists per game.

Ben College

College led Whitworth to a pair of NWC road victories by averaging 33 points per game and making two-thirds of his 3-point attempts. On Saturday he scored a career-high 44 points and tied his own school record with 11 3-pointers in the win at PLU.  He added nine rebounds, three assists and three steals during the weekend.

Jordan Booker

Booker was incredible in two games last week, averaging 36 points, eight assists, four rebounds, and three steals as the Bulldogs went 2-0. He shot 62% from the field - including 65% from behind the arc (13-for-20). In a 107-98 win over Elms, Booker finished with 34 points, four rebounds, and eight assists. Then in a 91-55 triumph over Becker, he tied his career-high with 37 points, eight assists, four rebounds, and three steals.

Billy Veras

Veras did a little bit of everything to lead the Cyclones to a 2-0 week as Centenary maintained its perch atop the CSAC standings. The sophomore forward averaged 20 points, nine rebounds, and four assists per game. Veras shot an impressive 68% (17-for-25) from the field for the week. He had a team-high 16 points and nine rebounds in the road win at St. Elizabeth. Veras then helped the Cyclones avenge their only loss in conference play with a win at home over Rosemont. Veras knocked down 24 points to go along with eight rebounds and matched his career-high with five assists. 

Will Crumly

Crumly averaged a double-double of 22 points and 12 rebounds on the week while shooting 68% from the field in a 2-0 week for the Scots. He posted 28 points, 13 rebounds, and two assists in an 81-76 win over Berea, then tallied 16 points, 10 rebounds, two assists, and two steals in a 72-62 win over Greensboro.
