Nazareth Drains 15 3-pointers in Victory Over Keuka, 99-41

ROCHESTER, NY – The Nazareth women's hoops team scored a season-high 99 points, including draining 15 3-pointers to cruise to a 99-41 victory over Keuka College on Tuesday night at Kidera Gymnasium. The 15 triples, on nearly 54 percent (15-for-28) from downtown, was also a season-high. Jadyn Abrams had a season-high five 3-pointers en route to a team-high 21 points.
 
Nazareth was red hot from 3-point land in the opening half, drilling 11-of-15 3-pointers (73 percent) to build a 58-17 lead. Coming into the contest, Nazareth's previous high for 3-pointers in a game was 11 against Utica on January 31.
 
Abrams was 3-for-4 in the opening quarter from deep. She had a team-high 16 points at the half.
 
Kim Davis was extremely efficient in the first, going 6-for-8 for 14 points. The Golden Flyers did a good job of spreading the ball around, assisting on 18 of the 23 field goals. Nazareth finished the game with 30 assists, just one off the school record.
 
Nazareth's previous season-high for points was 91 in victory over Utica on January 31.
 
Brielle Reidinger notched another double-double with 12 points, 11 boards, and five assists. Katie MacLachlan had a season-high nine assists and also had six rebounds.
 
Kiara Anglin chipped in 10 points. Caley Cornwell was 4-for-5 from the field for nine points and Madilann Johnson added eight points and four assists.
 
Nazareth finished the game nearly 58 percent from the field (41-for-71).
 
Nazareth will host St. John Fisher on Saturday at 5 p.m. in the Battle of the Beaks. Tickets will be available at the door on a first-come-first-served basis.
