Keuka College came out with energy in the first quarter, jumping to an early 5-2 lead. The Green and Gold used a 6-0 run to build a seven-point lead midway through the quarter. The Highlanders narrowed the gap, but a three by Sydney Brown put the Wolves up 19-14 after one.

Keuka extended their lead to 21-14 early in the second, but the Highlanders went on a run. Houghton College scored nine straight in a minute to erase the margin and take the lead. The Highlanders used their pressure defense to force turnovers as the Wolves did not attempt a shot over the run. Sydney Brown hit a three for Keuka to bounce the lead back to the Wolves and end the run. Houghton would go on another run in the closing minutes. In total in the second, Houghton hit seven threes and the visitors led 35-28 at the half.

Sydney Brown continued her hot shooting as she immediately cut into the Houghton lead in the third with a three. It cut the lead to four points, but that would be as close as Keuka would make it in the third. Houghton cooled off from three, going only 1-8, but they were efficient inside going 7-8 from two-point range. Houghton built their lead to double-digits and led 54-39 after three.

The Wolves had their best three-point shooting in the final quarter, going 3-7 (42.9%) from deep, but the Highlanders were able to keep them within arms reach for the final quarter. Houghton College went on to defeat Keuka College 75-51 on Tuesday.
