LA PLUME, Pa. – The Keystone College women's basketball team enjoyed a 79-48 win over the University of Valley Forge Saturday afternoon in CSAC play.
The Giant improve to 4-2 (3-1 CSAC) while the Patriots fall to 2-3 (2-1 CSAC).
Standout Performers
- Lee Gordon (Philadelphia, Pa./Penn Wood) and Renata Alberici (Hazlet, N.J./Raritan) both recorded a double-double. Gordon had 18 points, 12 assists, and seven rebounds. Alberici tallied her fourth double-double of the season as she had 15 points with 12 rebounds.
- Katie Price (Fredonia, N.Y./Fredonia) had a team-high 19 points. She contributed with eight rebounds and three assists.
- In her first start of the season, Megan Weber (South Williamsport, Pa./South Williamsport Area) scored 14 points with five rebounds and three assists.
- Abby Ritz (Tunkhannock, Pa./Tunhannock Area) was a point shy of a double-double. The senior had nine points and 10 rebounds in the win.
- Valley Forge was led by Jessi Manning. Off the bench, she wrapped up the game with 12 points and eight rebounds.

- Keystone opened the game with nine-straight points. The home squad outscored the visitors in every quarter.
- The Giants shot 50 percent from the field while UVF shot about 25 percent from the field.
- Both teams contributed with seven 3-pointers this afternoon.
- Keystone had a 46-44 edge on rebounds.
