Baruch Runs Past Medgar Evers for Fourth Straight Win

The Baruch College Bearcats outscored the Cougars of Medgar Evers, 24-6, in the third quarter en route to a 61-34 win on Wednesday night.

Nia Dawson poured in career-highs of 32 points and 15 rebounds for her third double-double of the season.

Melinda Spahiu also recorded a double-double with 11 points, 13 rebounds to go along with six steals. 

The defense limited the Cougars to 18 percent shooting (11-for-60) and forced 31 turnovers.

Semina Randonic was tops for the Cougars with 19 points and 18 rebounds. 

The Bearcats will return home on Saturday for a 12:00 p.m. CUNYAC contest against York on Athletics Alumni Day.
