ANDERSON, Ind. – Earlham College women's basketball tallied 14 points before Anderson University even got on the scoreboard, and the Quakers cruised to a 66-44 win over the Ravens in a Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference contest Saturday afternoon at the O.C. Lewis Gymnasium.
The victory was the third for Earlham women's basketball in its last four contests, and keeps the Quakers in the hunt for the post-season and an HCAC Tournament berth.
The Quakers (4-15, 4-8 Heartland) stretched their lead to 22-5 at the end of the first quarter, and had a 33-14 advantage at the halftime break on their way to the lopsided win.
