LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. – Austin College women's basketball player Bryce Frank has been named the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Player of the Week, the league office has announced.

Frank, a junior forward from Granbury, Texas, averaged 21.0 points and 10.5 rebounds-per-game as Austin College won the 17th Annual McWilliams Classic on the campus of Washington University in St. Louis. Frank scored 12 points and had six rebounds as the 'Roos cruised to a 71-48 win over Pomona-Pitzer, and followed that up with 30 points and 15 boards in an 85-77 upset victory over No. 13-ranked Washington University.

Frank added 3.5 assists-per-game and shot 48.6% from the field and 80% from the free throw line in the two games. Her 30-point effort against the host school came up just a point shy of tying the tournament single-game scoring record.

Austin College athletic teams participate as a member of the NCAA Division III and the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference.
