WORCESTER, Mass.—Visiting Babson College put three players in double figures and shot a season-high 57.6 percent on its way to defeating Clark University, 98-60, in New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) women's basketball action on Saturday afternoon at the Kneller Athletic Center.

With its 13th straight conference road win, Babson improves to 4-0 overall and 2-0 in league play, while Clark falls to 4-2 overall and 0-1 in the NEWMAC.

Junior Payton Ouimette (Medfield, Mass.) recorded her third double-double and led all players with 14 points and 12 rebounds, and sophomore Emily Bonifacic (Allendale, N.J.) added 11 points to lead the Beavers. Junior Tea Spellacy(Belchertown, Mass.) chipped in with 10 points, seven boards, six assists and three steals, while five other players scored nine points apiece in the victory.

First-year Idalis Miranda (Naugatuck, Conn.) finished with 12 points and five assists for the Cougars, who shot just 33.9 percent on the afternoon.

Junior Katherine Tamulionis (Foxboro, Mass.), Ouimette and Spellacy combined for 15 points as the Green and White raced out to an 18-2 lead just over six minutes into the contest. Clark got as close as eight at the end of the first quarter, but Bonifacic and Ouimette both scored six points in the second, and first-year Nicole Hiller (Rocy Hill, Conn.) buried a pair of three-pointers late in the frame to extend the Beavers' lead to 49-23 at the half.

Babson shot 69.2 percent (9-of-13) in the third quarter and pushed its margin to as many as 62-28 thanks to 11 points from Spellacy and junior Elizabeth Lane (Skaneateles, N.Y.) over the first three minutes of the period. The Cougars closed within 25 late in the frame, but the Beavers got nine fourth-quarter points from first-year Hailey Reynolds (Ramsey, N.J.) and outscored the hosts 23-13 over the final 10 minutes.

The Green and White finished with a 55-21 edge on the glass and outscored Clark 48-20 in the paint and 16-12 at the free throw line. The Beavers also turned 21 Cougars' turnovers into 26 points.

Babson returns to action on Monday when it travels to Brandeis at 6 p.m., while Clark hosts Wheaton on Wednesday at 6 p.m.

• The Beavers are now 26-22 all-time against Clark and have won six straight and 15 of the last 16 meetings between the teams.
• Babson has defeated the Cougars by an average of 37.0 points during its current six-game winning streak in the series.
• The Green and White is 22-2 away from home against NEWMAC foes going back to January 3, 2015.
• Babson has pulled down 55 rebounds in each of the last two games, which marks just the fifth time the program has grabbed 50 or more boards in back-to-back contests going back to the start of the 2011-12 campaign.
