Kaitlin Langer scored 19 points and Lauren Fischer made 5-of-6 from 3-point range in a 17-point night as No. 2-ranked St. Thomas (26-0) pulled away to top St. Ben's (16-11) in Friday's MIAC women's basketball playoff semifinal game at Schoenecker Arena in St. Paul.
Hannah Spaulding scored 11 points for St. Thomas, which shot 56 percent from the field.
St. Thomas has won 33 in a row against conference opponents.
UST plays second-seed Gustavus Sunday at 1 p.m. at home for the playoff title. The Toms handed the Gusties their lone defeat of the season Feb. 1 in St. Peter, 75-69.
UST closed the second quarter ona 6-0 run and 37-26 at halftime. The Toms closed the third quarter on a 20-5 run to build a 61-37 advantage.
