Senior center Kaitlin Langer had 19 points and 10 rebounds and the No. 2-ranked Tommies (24-0 overall, 17-0 MIAC) raced to a 35-9 lead in Wednesday night's 77-66 MIAC women's basketball road win at St. Mary's.

The Tommies (24-0 overall, 17-0 MIAC) secured the No. 1 playoff seed and a share of the MIAC title with the victory.

Coach Ruth Sinn's team leads 23-1 Gustavus by one game and can secure a solo conference championship with a win Saturday in the regular-season finale at Concordia-Moorhead. UST has won 36 regular-season games in a row, and 22 in a row away from its home campus.

This is the ninth season in a row that St. Thomas has won wither the regular-season or playoff title, and it's St. Thomas' 16th conference regular-season crown in women's hoops.
