Greencastle, Ind. - DePauw shot 50 percent from the field and committed just five turnovers in a 99-54 North Coast Athletic Conference win over visiting Allegheny. The 11th-ranked Tigers improved to 21-1 overall and 13-0 in the NCAC with their 18th straight win, while the Gatorsdropped to 3-18 overall and 1-11 in conference play.

DePauw scored the final eight points of the first quarter in just 1:29 to grab a 27-12 lead at the quarter break. Blair Carlin started the run with a three-pointer before Kylie Morris added a three-point paly and Claire Ryan a layup off her own steal.

Carlin opened the second stanza with a three-pointer before Melinda Franke and Ryan hit buckets to push the lead to 34-12. 

Allegheny's Delaney Arbore countered with a trey before DePauw scored 13 straight with five different players scoring led by four from Lex Gaumer. That gave the Tigers a 47-15 advantage on the way to a 51-20 lead at the intermission.

Morris posted a double-double with career highs of 14 points and 11 rebounds, while Ryan matched her 14 points. Taylor Howard added 12, while Gaumer posted career highs with nine points, six rebound and five assists.

Arbore led Allegheny with 19 points followed by Zoe Soilis with 16 and a team-high seven rebounds. Jazmen Moore dished out four assists.

DePauw hit 41-of-82 from the floor, while the Gators shot 28.4 percent. The Tigers held a 56-37 advantage on the boards and had a season-low five turnovers to the Gators' 14.

The Tigers return to action on Wednesday, February 8, when they host Denison at 6 p.m.
