Senior All-America center Kaitlin Langer had 15 points and nine rebounds and the No. 5-ranked Tommies (7-0 overall, 4-0 MIAC) shot 53 percent from the floor and sank 11 treys in Saturday's 79-35 home victory over previously-unbeaten St. Benedict (7-1, 3-1).

 

Lauren Fischer and Maddie Wolkow each scored 12 points for the Tommies, who used an 18-5 run to close the second quarter with a 36-15 lead.

 

St. Thomas got a 52-15 scoring advantage from its starters and outrebounded the Blazers 40-24.

 

St. Thomas has limited five of its seven opponents under 45 points.

 

St. Thomas, which has won 18 consecutive game against MIAC opponents, remained in a share of the conference lead with Gustavus.
