ALFRED, NY—Sophomore McKaylee Croll (Perry, NY/Perry) led the Saxons with 24 points and six rebounds while shooting 14-of-14 from the charity stripe in an 87-64 loss to Naz at home Friday evening.
 
Senior Sarah Kichman (Portville, NY/Portville) and junior Amanda Off (New Berlin, NY/Unadilla Valley) scored 11 points each. Off and junior Maddi Flint (Caledonia, NY/Caledonia-Mumford) collected four rebounds each.
 
Naz was led by Lindsey Kelly with 25 points and nine rebounds.  Three other Golden Flyers scored in double-digits while the team shot 44.1% (30-of-68). AU shot 40.0% (20-of-50) on the night and 71.4% (20-of-28) from the free throw line. 
 
The Saxons (1-10, E8 0-2) return to action tomorrow (Jan. 9) to take on Empire 8 foe Ithaca College at 4PM in the Terry S. Galanis Family Arena.
