Brooklyn, NY- The Women's Basketball team fell to the College of Mt. St. Vincent 93-21 earlier today. The Dolphins improve to 3-1 overall while the Cougars drop to 0-3 overall.
Cougars Sophomore Forward/Center Kimonia Mullings recorded her first double double of the season, scoring 11pts and carouling a match high 15 rebounds. Sophomore Guard Ashley Desir scored seven pts and Freshman Guard Shakeada Wint scored three points. The Dolphins were led Allison Clarke with 18pts. Three other Dolphins scored in double figures including the following: Alexandra Gundermann with 13pts, Gabriella Melgar and Kelly Nola adding 10pts apiece.
The Cougars will be back in action on Tuesday November 25, 2014, when they play the York College Cardinals. This will be the conference opener. Tip-off will be 6:00 pm.
