Sophomore guard Katie Stone knocked down five 3-pointers and closed with a game-high 19 points as No. 9-ranked St. Thomas scored a 75-54 road victory over St. Olaf in Wednesday night's MIAC women's basketball play in Northfield.

St. Thomas (9-1, 7-0 MIAC) pushed its season win streak to nine and extended its victory streak over conference opponents to 16.

The Toms helped forced 23 turnovers and held their eighth consecutive opponent under 60 points. The Oles (6-3, 4-2)  pulled within 40-32 early in the second half but a 12-1 run helped St. Thomas pull away.

UST's Maggie Weiers added 15 points and five rebounds and Taylor Young scored 11 points.

St. Thomas plays Saturday at third-place St. Mary's, and is home Monday night to face second-place Bethel. The Toms have a one-half game lead over the 6-0 Royals.
