Tyler Compton posted a double-double of 14 points and 13 assists, which set the Tornados' single-game record in the NCAA Division III era (since 1999). Celeste Laredo and Ashlyn Ward chipped in with 12 and 11 points, respectively.

Concordia's lead was trimmed to 16 with 4:51 to play after Alexus Stirgus connected on a layup. However, Mississippi College was unable to get any closer and the Tornados scored 10 of the final 16 points to cruise to the 20-point victory.

CTX will return to action on Thursday, when it hosts Howard Payne (3-1, 2-1 ASC). Tip-off for the conference tilt is slated for 5:30 p.m. at Concordia Fieldhouse.
