NEW YORK – Bria Fisher ended the regular season with her 11th double-double as the freshman finished with 15 points on 6-of-10 shooting and added 10 rebounds and Giovanna Blanco recorded three blocks but the hot streak of Brooklyn College continued as the Bulldogs forced 25 turnovers in a 64-27 victory over the Beavers on Tuesday evening at the Nat Holman Gymnasium.
The Beavers end the 2012-13 regular season at 4-20 and 4-12 in the City University of New York Athletic Conference while the Bulldogs improved to 20-5 overall and 14-2 in CUNYAC play.
Fisher scored the first 15 points for CCNY but the Bulldogs entered the half with an 18 point lead. Freshman guard Taylor Pompilio picked up seven rebounds and dished out two assists.
The Beavers, who clinched a playoff berth last week, will head to the road for a CUNYAC Quarterfinals matchup with an opponent to be determined on Saturday, Feb. 16.
