The game was tight for the first five minutes as both teams struggled to find their respective offensive touch. RIC rattled off a 14-2 run to take a commanding, 20-6, lead, capped by a junior guard Stephanie Prusko (Lincoln, RI) three-pointer, with 9:17 remaining. |

A jumper by senior forward Lexi Vega (North Providence, RI) at 4:56 gave the hosts a 16-point, 26-10, lead and a pair of free throws by O'Dell staked RIC to a 20-point, 30-10, advantage with 3:03 left in the stanza. |

The Anchorwomen shot 54 percent (13-for-24) from the field, 33 percent (2-for-6) from three-point land and connected on 4-of-5 (80 percent) from the free throw line in the first half. Roger Williams would get no closer than 15 points during the second half. The Anchorwomen built a game-high 33-point, 58-25, advantage with 8:34 left and again, 68-35, with just over two minutes remaining as the final outcome was never in doubt. |
