The Presentation College Women's Basketball Team faced their first ranked opponent Thursday, 12/6/12 when they traveled to Valley City State. The Vikings, ranked 19th in the NAIA Division II polls came away with a 90-49 win over the Saints. The loss drops PC to 3-4.

Junior Hannah Phillips led all scorers with 20 points, hitting 6 of 12 shots, including 3 of 6 from three point range. Senior Kelli Boekelheide added 13 points and 4 rebounds. The Saints team as a whole hung tough on the boards against Valley City, but did get out rebounded 37 to 29. PC also lost the battle of the turnovers, forcing 10 from the Vikings while committing 20 of their own.

Next up for the Saints, a road trip to Kyle SD on Saturday 12/8/12 for a game against Oglala Lakota College. Tip off is set for 2:00pm MST.
