GWYNEDD VALLEY, PA. – Led by a game-high 22 points from senior Brittany Neill, Gwynedd-Mercy made it 10 wins in a row with an 89-32 win over Notre Dame University of Maryland in CSAC action Wednesday night.
Senior Bryn Cotteta added 10 points and dished out a career-high 13 assists as the Griffins (15-6, 11-1 CSAC) raced out to a 24-2 lead to start the contest.
Imani Stokes totaled team-highs of 20 points and 15 boards for the Gators (0-16, 0-11 CSAC).
Neill was 8-of-12 from the floor while draining six of the team's 10 three-pointers on the evening.
GM led 43-15 at the half. Sophomore Natasha Matthews grabbed a team-best six rebounds and added nine point as the Griffins dominated the glass, 42-28.
Gwynedd-Mercy will host Immaculata here on Saturday as part of a conference doubleheader. The women tip it off at 2 p.m. followed by the men at 4 p.m.
