GWYNEDD VALLEY, PA. – Kristy McGrath and Stacey Judge helped lead Gwynedd-Mercy to a 96-58 CSAC win over Rosemont in the regular season finale for both teams on senior night.

McGrath, who was fresh off her personal-best 31-point performance on Monday, topped that by scoring 34 and flirted with a triple-double (nine rebounds, career-high eight assists). Judge grinded out her second double-double on the year, scoring 11 points and grabbing a game-high 10 rebounds.

The Griffins (16-9, 12-4 CSAC),who had a chance at a #2 seed and first-round bye with some help, are now the #4 seed will host a playoff game against fifth-seeded Baptist Bible here on Monday at 7 p.m.

Ashley Montecchio netted 22 points and six rebounds for the Ravens, who finish the season at 9-15 and 5-11 in league play.

GM shot 52% in the second half turning away Rosemont who seemed to hang around early in the stanza after a 39-22 halftime score.

McGrath would score 29 of her points in the second stanza including six during a key 17-3 stretch to help put the Ravens away. The scoring touch was spread around to the rest of her teammates as Gwynedd hit for seven of their nine three-pointers in the period to boot.

Gwynedd-Mercy were 75-56 winners over Baptist Bible in their only meeting back on January 20th. Should the Griffins win on Monday, they'll advance to either top-seeded Neumann or second-seeded Marywood. Monday's other first-round playoff game pits six-seeded Centenary at third-seeded Immaculata.
