The Blue Jays led by just five at the half, 32-27, but gradually pulled away throughout the second half.  Johns Hopkins shot 57 percent in the decisive second half, while limiting the Wolverines to just 24 percent.

In addition to Owens with 15 points, Jazmine Miller (Dover, Del./Dover) added a dozen and Brittany Howes (Freehold, N.J./Colts Neck) reached double figures for the first time in her career and added nine boards.  Allison Beddia (New Castle, Del./Delcastle) blocked three shots, while Owens swatted a pair.
