GLASSBORO, NJ -- Rowan had six players hit double digits and the team shot over 51% in the second half to help best The College of New Jersey, 101-79, Wednesday evening at Esbjornson Gymnasium in a New Jersey Athletic Conference matchup.

The Profs opened up a one-point halftime lead with a big second half, including a 21-8 run to close out the contest.

Marcellus Ross and Andrew Seager each netted 20 for Rowan while Connor Dickerson kicked in 13. D'Andre Vilmar, Arian Azemi, and Hafeez Melvin also scored 12 apiece as RU sweeps the season series with TCNJ.

Both teams hit seven three-pointers in the first half, but the Lions shot 45% overall from the floor compared to the Profs, who were good on a 32% clip. TCNJ led by as much as 20-14 before the home team put together a 17-4 run over a four-minute span to take a seven-point edge. The Lions were able to pull ahead late in the stanza before a big three from Dickerson with under a minute put the home team on top 45-44 at halftime.

Dickerson hit from downtown with just under 12 minutes to play to give the home team a double-figure lead (67-57). The Lions tried to keep pace, climbing within 80-71 with 6:22 remaining. Seager revved up the offense with his dunk on the next possession to kick start the game-changing scoring stretch.

The team, who shot 32% in the first half, responded with a 21-for-41 clip (51%) in the second.

Danny Bodine led TCNJ with 23 points and 12 rebounds. Jason Larranaga connected on four of the team's 12 three-pointers to finish with 16 points. Anthony DiCaro was an assist shy of a triple double, totaling 11 points, 11 boards, and nine assists. The Lions were guilty of 30 turnovers that the Profs turned into 30 points.

Rowan returns to action this Saturday when they travel to Kean.
