Panthers hold on for 85-80 win

BIRMINGHAM, Ala.  – Birmingham-Southern men's basketball team fought back to defeat Southern Athletic Association rival Hendrix College 85-80 Saturday afternoon in Bill Battle Coliseum.  BSC is now 9-3 overall, 6-2 in SAA play.
 
Cameron Glover (Trussville, Ala./Hewitt-Trussville HS) led the team with 21 points.  For the second straight game, Christian Stewart (Irondale, Ala./Shades Valley HS) netted a double-double.  He finished with 15 points and 12 rebounds.
 
BSC hits the road next.  They head to Rome, Ga. to face SAA rival Berry College on Saturday, Feb. 20.  Tip off is set for 3 p.m. CT.
