The Baruch College Bearcats defeated the Beavers of CCNY, 86-53, in a CUNYAC home contest on Friday night.

The Bearcats fell behind early 7-2, but quickly regained control to build a 37-28 halftime lead.

They kept the momentum going in the second half with 12 different players scoring en route to stretching their win streak to six games.

William Sixsmith led the way with 22 points. Chimaechi Ekekeugbor had 18 points and five rebounds, while Bryler Paige rounded out the double-figure scorers with 11 points.

Brendan Hauser of CCNY scored 13 points to lead the visiting Beavers.

The Bearcats will next prepare to play first place Lehman College on Tuesday night at home in the ARC Arena.
